Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your order to return an item back to us for a refund. In order to receive a full refund within 7 days (items purchased will be refunded but the cost of shipping will not be refunded), all returns must have tags attached and the original invoice must be included in the returned package.  

Please check your order as soon as it is received. If you believe you have received a DEFECTIVE item, you must contact us within two days upon receipt here.  

Send your items back to us using the shipping carrier you prefer. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the items returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the return.  

*All jewelry, watches, and handbags sales are final. 

All sales category items, flash sales, and all items discounted 30% or more can only be returned for store credit.

Instructions for submitting a return: 

1. Log into your account, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item you want to return.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request: 

  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action optional
  • Comments optional

 4. Click Submit Return Request.

All orders include free 1st class shipping until 2015!  

2-day shipping for all orders is $15.00
